・Payment must always be sent first, payment is always in USD, and goes through PayPal.・If work is for commercial use, the client must notify me, and an additional commercial fee will be discussed.・A clear reference image must be provided, I will not work off character descriptions, unless a custom.・I can attempt any species, but please be aware that they results may vary, depending on how comfortable I am with drawing the species.・I will draw gore, and suggestive themes - but please DM if unsure.・I will not draw NSFW or fetish art.・Upon the occasion of being unable to complete your commission, (which would be very rare!) I will provide a full refund.・However, if the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission, if gone beyond the sketch stage, I will not be able to provide a refund. Any cancelled or rejected sketches or pieces I may reuse/recycle as I see fit.・I will send regular WIP’s throughout the commission, usually at each stage (sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading and if applicable, background).・If at any time, if you wish to see where your piece is at, you can view my Trello, which is available in the button above.・In general, being rude, racist or offensive will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.・When using the art, you must credit me, lalune, as the artist, via a link to one of my social media's (Instagram, youtube).・ If you have any questions, feel free to message me!
